Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Customers may cancel their subscription or services within five (5) working days of the initial purchase date. To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our support team at usthadacademy@gmail.com. Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

Upon cancellation within the specified timeframe, refunds will be processed within three to five (3-5) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Customer's fault: Refunds will not be processed if the cancellation is due to the customer's error, negligence, or misuse of services.
  • Service utilization: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully or partially utilized during the subscription period.
  • Beyond cancellation period: Cancellations requested after the specified timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
